We started in 2014 as a boutique-style staffing & recruiting agency directed by a community-driven and people-first mission:

Less than six months into existence, SaaM was acquired by the late Clayton McWhorter, the founder of the investment firm Clayton Associates and former CEO of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).
In 2017, we launched an On-Demand Staff Augmentation Service delivering a network of EHR-specialized consultants delivering Go-Live Support. Our W2 Contingent Workforce enables the delivery of 500+ resources within 48 hours or less throughout the United States and Canada.
In January 2020, SaaM acquired the technology staffing firm, DATalent, supported by investors and Board of Directors comprising members Altitude Ventures, SwitchPoint, and Clayton Associates.
Today, we continue to grow our recruiting and talent search services across a variety of industries, and deliver our strategic staffing solutions with specialized expertise in Healthcare and IT Services.
